Quam Direct, a brand new business unit by Quam Group which offers discount online brokerage service is now available to the public. The key to a good online stock brokerage solution, it has to deliver information that is originally complex, but turn it into a simple and quick format, so that the customer can focus on what really matters to them.
We starting the project by designing the Corporate Identity, and incorporate the company vision into the design of the UX/UI of their web solution. We make sure we have properly defined their persona and user journey, so that we can create a customer centric design solution. Customer is on the go, mobile version of the platform becomes a critical agenda in the design process. To enhance the support service for the customer, we have integrated our Live Chat system into the website so that customer can receive assistance easily and multi-tasking on other things.
